Our Focus

ONE STOP SHOP:  Access to many wellness needs for women and their families from mental health services, social connectivity, food access, mindfulness workshops, and more!

 

Maternal and Child Health

7 dimensions of Wellness : Coaching and Education encourages women to seek stability within all dimensions to support healthy living.  Through one on one or group sessions, women are able to find balance, develop coping skills, and more.  All  takes is a phone call.  We're here to help.

 

Chronic Illness

SPROUT Garden Education is our program to teach women and their families the benefits of gardening and growing your own food. CWUW offers a comprehensive garden program that includes both classroom training and hands on education at a garden site.

Mental Health

Sisters Together: Move More, Eat Better is a national initative of the Weight-control Information Network (WIN).  Do you want to join a group of women focused on their physical and emotional well-being?  Join our Sisters Together program.  Walking starts in June!

 

Social Interaction

We want to make sure our participants have the best care and access to the services they need.   CWUW partners with organizations and businesses in the community who provide services such as like mental health services, access to health insurance, and health screenings.
